Pnina Fredman-Schechter

 

Pnina Fredman-Schechter- a co-founder of WIT- has been directing professionally for more than 20 years. While living in NYC she worked regionally, off- Broadway, off-off- Broadway, at elementary and high schools and at New York University.

 

In addition to directing at NYU, she taught Acting and Drama to undergraduate and graduate students.  Since making Aliyah in 2000, Pnina runs a successful Youth Theatre Program in Beit Shemesh; she has developed a flourishing integrated curriculum for Ulpanat Noga; and she has directed for JEST and WIT.

 

 

 

Tamar Krantman-Weiss

 

Tamar Krantman Weiss is a co- founder of Women In Theater.  She has helped produce and bring to fruition all of the workshops and productions that WIT has performed.

 

Tamar's educational background is in Music and Literature and she has continually used her skill set in the various roles she's had in the WIT productions including musical director, composer, lyricist as well as performing on stage.  Tamar is excited to bring WIT to the next level, opening doors for talented women all over Israel and helping them to find their individual voices both on stage and off.

 

 

 

 

Ninoska Ravid

 

Ninoska is the WIT Managing Director and been working in the field of education and business management for over 20 years. 

 

Ninoska runs a successful pre-school and an acclaimed acting program for children.  She has a strong background in community and repretory theater.  As a member of her former repretory company Ninoska worked on all aspects of stage productions, from lighting and costumes to  staging and starring roles.  She has brought her expertise to both backstage and center stage of the WIT productions. .
